What Can Cause A Hard Knot On The Shoulder After A Rotator Cuff Repair?
I have a hard knot that keeps appearing on my left shoulder that turns into a large bruise down my upper arm. I have not hit it at all. It is a reoccurring process. At the same time my shoulder is weak and my arm painful. I had a rotator cuff repair over a year ago on both shoulders. Any ideas?

In my opinion you have a muscle tear , you will need reconstruction surgery
