What Can Cause A Feverish Feeling Along With Nauseous And Aching Feeling?

I had been feeling naseauous since 4pm yesterday. It would feel like I was about to vomit, but then it went away. That feeling kept coming back and then it would just stop. A hour or two ago, I was in the bed and my bones started aching. I got up and went to the bathroom and it seemed like it got worse plus I had got really cold. My bones are aching, I feel weak, but I have no fever though.

Hi,
Nausea and about just to vomit , bones aching and feeling of cold .
These all symptoms may be due to .
1 MALARIA, diagnosis can be confirmed by peripheral blood film for malarial parasite.
2 Infection any where in body is another most common cause of shivering ( as in your case) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for C B C & ES R ( if very high is an indication of infection.
3 Throat infection is another common cause of nausea and chills ( cold ) .
However there are so many other causes of such symptoms but nausea and vomiting ( with cold feeling ) sometimes may be due to food poisoning .
So consult a physician and get his opinion as mentioned.
