General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Flu is a viral infection, and there will clear discharge, and with out color, and smell.
The super infection with the bacteria may be causing the yellow coloration and smell of the discharge.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
