What Can Be Understood From Cholesterol, Triglyceride And Total Serum 25(OH)D Levels In A Blood Test?

I have undergone blood tests and had the following 1. LDL cholesterol 3.52mmol/L 2. T. Cholesterol 5.37mmol/L 3. HDL Cholesterol 1.07 mmol/L 4. TRIGLYCERIDES 2.58 MMOL/l 5. URIC ACID 530 umol/L 6. Vitamin 25(OH)D2 & 25(OH)D3 54.2 NMOL/l please advise YYYY@YYYY

Brief Answer: From blood test is noticed hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia.

Detailed Answer:
Total cholesterol 5.37mmol/L is near optimal. Total Cholesterol 5.2-6.2 mmol/L considered borderline high.
LDL cholesterol 3.52mmol/L, is near optimal. Optimal is 2.59-3.34 mmol/L.
HDL Cholesterol 1.07 mmol/L, is optimal. Level of HDL-C is between 1.0-1.3 mmol/L for men and between 1.3-1.5 mmol/L for women and is associated with average risk of heart disease.
Triglycerides 2.58 mmol/L are little bit high. (Considered high 2.3 to 5.6 mmol).
Advise;Initial treatment involve lifestyle and diet changes. These include, losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, restricting alcohol intake, quitting smoking, limiting intake of carbohydrates and unhealthy fats.
Uric acid 530 umol/L is little bit high, reference range for male 200-430, female 140-360. Elevated uric acid levels are commonly encountered in patients with essential hypertension.
Highish uric acid levels don't necessarily need treatment.
Vitamin 25(OH)D2 & 25(OH)D3 54.2 nmol/l, 50 nmol/liter or above is adequate for bone health.
