Thank you for writing to Health Care Magic

I think that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache and occurs due to a trigger factor.

A trigger factor is anything which causes the migraine to start. Here are a few examples of trigger factors:
Sunlight
Loud music
Fever
Weakness

Along with this, there are a few symptoms of aura which can occur along with the migraine. Some types of aura are dizziness and hearing sounds.

Here are a few things that you can try:
Drink lots of water
Sleep at least 8 hours a day
Take tablet Paracetamol 2 to 3 times a day
Inhale a lot of steam to help you.

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you.
