Hi,

I do not feel that you have psoriasis. You might be having atopic diathesis. The rash you have off and on may be eczematous dermatitis. There may be dry round patch with mild scaling and itching. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Take steroids in tappering dose for few weeks with antihistaminic like levocetirizine. Avoid stress and worries. Do not rub soap during bath. The disease might be precipitated by some allergen. Let find out and remove it. I think you may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
