Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The doctor has given the correct treatment and follow his advice .
It will take a few days for the symptoms to regress and the child to settle down.
Repeated attacks of tonsillitis not amenable to medical treatment require tonsillectomy in rare cases.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
