What Can Be Done About Spasms That Occur After Back Surgery?

I have had 2 back surgeries and I'm still having problems with spasms and and I can't stand for 10 minutes and I can't sit on a couch or my bed and when I get up it feels like my back still in the chair or bed I have gotten several injections and they don't last. Recently I went to get a second opinion and he said everything look good but I feel like I shouldn't have to live like this, what can you suggest? Please call me at 919-333-4595, I don't have a email
