What Can I Do To Reduce The Pain Only In The Right Side Of My Head?
The past few days i have had a rather strange headache. Its only in the right side of my head, and it seems to extend down my face and into my neck. Its not really a throbbing pain, but instead it feels almost as though its bruised from the inside. also when i put pressure on the right side of my neck it feels swollen and painful but not the left.

First of all, we should exclude the brain lesions by doing CT scan brain and cardiac diseases by doing ECG. Then if there were no focal brain lesion you would have cluster headache. Second, the treatment is Calcium Channel Blockers such as verapamil SR.
