What Can I Do To Get A Normal Blood Report? Taking Vitamin B 12 Shots

0n 8/23/12 had a blood test that showed my mcv was 97, mch is 32.7, hemoglobin 13.7, hematocrit 40.8 & was a snapshot of that day. Am having a blood test tomorrow that will show the last 3 months. Have cut down & almost stopped drinking completely. Am receiving B12 shots that started 8/23/12. Could my test reflect normal levels and is there anything eles I can do to benefit my health more quickly? Thank you

Yoyr test is done ib 23rd August, so no need to do it again now. It seems in normal range. Drop the alcohol to nil. It is not good for health.
Check the CBC after 3 months, Have green vegetables, lot od sprouts, cut on sugar & salt and have exercise.
You will be fine.
Thanks
