What Can I Do During The Day To Lower BP ?

During the day I have HIGH blood pressure when active. Walking around ect.. High as in 140 over 105. During the night hours i am 110 over 70 SUPER LOW blood pressure. I went to a doctor who said he did not want to put me on anything due to the LOW pressure at night. He said the blood pressure pills would kill me.. is this a fact and if it is what can i do during the day to lower this.. Any help is great in this aspect..

A pressure of 110/70 is not low, it is normal. The doctor is right to hold off on medications for now, they might not kill you, but they could cause dizziness.
