What Can I Do As I Have Stomach Pain Due To Gas?

Weight: 60 kgs
Current medication: Losec 20mg twice a day with meal.
I have gas build up every night for the pass 10 days. The pain starts in the center of abdomen and stretches to my back. Its so painful it wakes me up at night. I have to sit upright for 10 mins or so before the pain eases down to allow me to sleep again. Any suggestion?

HI. I would suggest :::
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Plain X-ray abdomen in standing position for gas shadows when in pain.
Enteroclysis to rule out intestinal obstruction
Since your history is classical all such tests are to be done to rule out / to detect the problem at the earliest stage for an early and permanent cure.
