Hello,

These are the side effects of the medication you are on. Medrol causes low BP and hypothyroidism leading to hair loss when taken for over a month. You are suggested to get T3, T4, TSH tested and treated at the earliest. Also massage your scalp gently and regularly with almond oil, coconut oil or the oil that suits you well. Better blood circulation in the scalp will promote hair growth.

Keep your short and clean your scalp while bathing, make sure you do not have dandruff. Apart from the other side effects, hair fall is also a side effect when taken for a long time. You should consult your treating doctor for hair fall so that the dosage can be reduced, or medicine replaced by some other that'll suit you better. Take healthy diet for hair growth like eggs, fatty fish, spinach, berries, nuts, seeds, beans, meat, etc. If hair fall continues and hair growth reduces, consult a dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
