What Best Treatments Are Suggested For Arrhythmia?

i have an ejection fraction of 47 and an arriythmia. This is very recent and was a result of a kidney infection. They fitted me with a defibulator life vest in October because my ejection fraction was 30 . Now that I'm up to 47 but still have arrythmia ( i'm on medication too ) . I really want to get rid of the vest....can i albeit with a procedure to corect the arrmythia. What are my options.

Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for your query.
The reason for implanting this defibrillator life vest is that low EF predisposes to life threatening ventricular fibrillation/ tachycardia (VF/VT). If the current rhythm disorder is VT/ VF, you would be required to wear this belt or have a device fit inside the skin. if current rhythm disorder is not VT/VF, then management depends upon the type of rhythm disorder. Details of medication and rhythm disorder would help us throwing more light on your condition.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
