What Are White Spots On My Penis After A Cut?

Hi, I think I slightly cut my frenulum/ banjo and ever since I ve had a very small white area where I cut it .... its best described as a series of small white spots which will bleed a tiny amount if picked! I m in a long term relationship and never had a problem before but then again have never cut myself there before so it could just be normal but I d like to check! I don t have this anywhere else on my penis, just literally where I cut it, its a very small area. I m a white male at 5 ft 11 and weigh 12 stone

With the history of cutting the frenulum it is probably the healing shown by granulation tissue in the damaged area which can bleed easily. If there is no local pain or redness or fever I dont think you need to worry about it. Just keep it clean and protect it from any trauma. Take care.
