What I see in your query is your muscles could be weak, though ideal weight for your height is around 55-60 kilos you also have to work on building lean muscle mass. That you can achieve by doing some cardiovascular training and weight training

Also you have to eat a very nutritious food which will give you strength specifically Proteins

Work on your stress
