What Are The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Lyrica?
Hello, i have chronic pain from a S1/L5 fracture, 3 ops, fused to L3, bilateral SI arthrodesis, using Lyrica for neuropathy (12years). I m considering coming off Lyrica as overweight & finding it very difficult to lose weight however I m hearing negative things about withdrawing from Lyrica - do you have an opinion? Is there a better drug for neuropathy? Thank you for your time, Vicki

Lycra contain pregabalin generally use to treat neuropathy pain.
Following are the withdraw symptoms of lycra:
Depression
Anger
Confusion and mood swings
Cold and flu like syndrome
crying episode
Weight loss
Itching
diarrhea
Fatigue and muscle pain
It is not necessary all have withdrawl symptoms, it is variation from person to person
You can use gabapentin or amityrptaline
But consult the doctor for modification and change the drug.
