What Are The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Cardizem?
I have been on Cardizem 180 then Cartia XT 180 for 30 years now & I m fed up with them & all the side effects from them. I was originally given them for a few episodes of racing heartbeats, which I believe to be related more to intense stress at the time. I never had blood pressure problems before taking them, even with 3 pregnancies. I ve had high BP since being on these pills. I have slowly stopped taking them but can find No information concerning withdrawal symptoms. What are they?? I have discussed this with my new doctor but I m changing doctors soon as she has already misdiagnosed me on 2 separate things. Please advise. Thank you.

They don't have withdrawal the way cigarettes, valium, beta blockers, or narcotics do. Just the symptoms are likely to come back when the drug isn't there anymore.
