What Are The White Spots Around My Shoulder Bone?

yes, just had an MRI on L shoulder after two left shoulder rotator cuff surgeries last year. I noticed on the film a lot of white spots in and around the shoulder bone......and I can only raise my left hand/arm to my waist after 10 days of PT.....what do the white spots mean

These white spots are signal of fluid in joint, so it means there is some fluid connection in joints. But it would be better if you can post your MRI report so we can say what will be further management. If there is any tear in shoulder muscle then you would need a surgery. If there is no tear then you would be fine with physiotherapy.
