What Are The Uses Of Topomax,ciprolex And Lamotrigine?

HI! I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER AND BI-POLAR DISORDER AND AM REVIEWING THE MEDS I AM TAKING FOR IT WHICH ARE TOPAMAX 75MG/DAY, CIPROLEX 20MG/DAY & LAMOTRIGINE 50MG/DAY. 2 OF THOSE, I LOOKED UP ARE TO TREAT EPILEPSY OR MIGRAINES??

hello,
yes as you said two of them are antiepileptics..lamotrigine and topamax(topiramate)..but the other uses of these drugs is to treat borderline disorder..
escitalopram(cipralex) is used for depression and as a cognition enhancer...
there are multiple uses for most of the drugs..believe in your doctor..that is very important in psychiatry treatment..
there are a lot of side effects for above said drugs but they will decrease after using for some days..
if you have any severe discomfort or if you want to take any other meds you should consult...
avid alcohol and other drugs.
