hai doctor..this is XXXX and i am using panderm plus for the past 9 months... and i have got changes in my colour...and i became fair than before.. now i come to know that if i stop it my skin become dark.. i need to avoid the darkness and also i want to stop that cream... please help me on this...i need to stop it without any side affects and want to get over naturally .. wat to for that

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Panderm plus cream contains steroid and it has lot of side effects. It can cause pimples, increased hair growth, thin skin, redness and atrophy.

You need to stop it as soon as possible. Alternatively, apply a kojic acid cream like clearz plus cream or kojivit cream on the face twice daily along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day.
