What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Given Medicines?

My regards,
I am a patient and has under gone Angioplasty and diabetic i am on the following drugs
1. Cardace H 2.5 mg once daily.
2. Prolomet XL 12.5 mg once daily.
3. Deplatt A 75 mg, once daily.
4. Rosuvas 10 mg once daily.
5. Topdom once daily, empty stomach in the morning.
6. Galvaus Met 50mg/500mg twice daily with food.
7. Insugen Pen Insulin, 28 units in the morning, before food and 14 units at night before dinner.
8. Alprax .5mg at bed time.
Please suggest me whether the medicine combination and the treatment is correct or not.
