What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Folic Acid Tablets?

I m 6 weeks pregnant after an initial scan my doc says derz no heartbeat of the baby, she suggested me dugabets 200 twice a day for a week along wid follic medicine,even after a week if she is nt able to find any improvement then she need to terminate the baby, kindly let me know if these pills are gonna help me to continue my pregnancy

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dubagest and Folic acid can help to continue the pregnancy and my opinion is these two drugs are required for this period. Don’t worry and continue drugs and after two week review to be done as your doctor suggested.
