What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Clarithromycin?

um I have bronchidis and the doctor gave me clarithromycin is it safe if i am a beer fan one or two everyday../?im not drinking while im sick but the past 20 years. i didnt take many breaks.also flovent hfa and salbutamol 100ug?i am wrried it will damage my liver and lungs even more... what do think. thank you .Patrick F.

There are no known interactions between the alcohol and clarithromycin.

Clarithromycin can have a mild interaction with the flovent. It can cause a slight increase in levels.

Excess alcohol use can damage the liver but it is not related to the combined use with any of the above medications
