What Are The Underlying Causes For Nerve Block And Migraines?

I have migraines and my doctor does not know what is causing them. I am on Topamax 75 mg. I get Botox shots every 3 months and have just had a nerve block two weeks ago. My migraines have not stopped. I want to find another doctor in my area who specializes in migraines only. I live in Kansas City MO. I will drive any where .
