What Are The Treatments For Psoriatic Arthritis?

I have psoriatic arthritis currently mild but deteriorating, I have taken nsaids for about a year and started antibiotic cool with minocycline about 3 months ago. I have a raised gamma gt of 106 in a recent blood test but unfortunately no baseline to compare. I drink little about 5 - 7 units a week. He has told me to stop the tetracycline but my concern is it could be NSAIDs and I need to stop the progression of the PsA.
