What Are The Treatments For Keloids And Pus/blood Discharge From Them?

i have large keloids at different parts of my boy for over 20yrs. I have undergone several treatments like excision, radiotherapy, kenalog injections, cryotherapy, intralesional cryotherapy etc. They only grew wider and larger.my question: d keloids now ooze pus, blood and water for months .how do i stop it. I have taken antibiotics severallu but there are no changes.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Keloids are known for their recurrence.
despite several modes of treatments, they tend to recur.
However, pus and blood discharge from keloids is not normal.
Pus discharge from keloid suggests presence of infection.
Blood discharge can be due to infection or injury.
You need to consult your treating doctor for clinical examination and treatment.
In case there is evidence of infection, topical antibiotic can be used to control the infection.
