Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Low grade fever, loss of appetite, lethergy and loss of weight suggests a chronic infection like TB.
Better consult pediatrician and rule out the possibility or if confirmed follow his advice regarding treatment.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
