Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely sinusitis. The openings of sinuses will be blocked and that causes stagnation of fluid inside them and harvest bacterial infections inside.Steam inhalation might give you relief. For my patients for such cases i give nasal decongesants for oral intake or as nasal drops antibiotics and NSAID drugs. If no improvement after that i advise a paranasal sinus X ray and advise a sinus puncture and drainage if needed.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
