What Are The Tests Required To Be Taken In An Annual Checkup?

my dad is 60, his weight is around 65 kgs and he is 5feet 10inches tall... he has no sugar or BP till now. He is a smoker. I thought i would take him for an annual body checkup, I would appreciate if you can let me know what kind of tests he should be taking?

CBC,RBS,Lipid profile,Urine R-M,X-ray chest,Electrocrdiogram
