Hi. My bladder (i think) has felt achy and crampy for the past two days. I had noticed I hadn t been peeing as much for the past five days. But my urine is clear and it doesn t hurt to pee. But this afternoon there is blood when I wipe, and i m two weeks away from my cycle. It s also sore to walk, and I have to sit slowly. I ve also felt slightly constipated, but just a bit. Is this a UTI?
Hi, dear Symptoms of UTI are fever, abdominal pain, pain or irritation at time of urination, pus or blood in urine etc. You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. You should also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out kidney mass lesion.
