Hi, i was just wondering what the chances are of having Toxic Shock Syndrome. I recently took a 4 day break from YAZ FLEX in order to get my period. I have had my period for 3 days only lightly and towards the last day i wore 2 tampons, 1 for a little under 7 hours and the other for around 9. I used a tampon with an attached inserter. During this time i have also eaten a bit of junk food so am also suspecting food poisoning. Last night i woke up dizzy and feeling like i needed to vomit which i did and only the smallest amount of vomit came up. Then i developed a mild headache, some muscle soreness, a sore throat, dizziness and mild diarrhoea. Currently i do not feel nauseous anymore and i don t have symptoms of diarrhoea. I have been around other members of the public for the past two days too.
