I m scared I have tetanus. My symptoms include: •a bit of a stiff jaw •when I bite on food there is a tingling in my jaw •pulsating/throbbing in legs and head that comes and goes •muscle spasms (don t happen very often) •fatigue •stiff muscles in forehead

Hi,
Most persons would have received the DPT vaccine which contains tetanus.
If you had a recent cut/wound by a dirty object then you would have needed to have received it in the last 5 years.
If you do not have recent cut or wound by a dirty object then the chance of having tetanus at all is very slim.
