What Are The Symptoms Of Shingles?

I received the shingles shot last year but think that I may have the shingles. What are the symptoms of shingles? I have been sick with a fever and cold for the past five days and noticed ( and felt) a burning rash on my upper left shoulder/chest area If it is shingles what do I do to treat it? I am Caucasian female , age 64 years old
