What Are The Symptoms Of Schizophrenia?

Hello, I am worried i may have schizophrenia. Strange things happen to me but i dont realise at the time until afterwards. these things come and go. i used to think everyone could read my mind, knew how i felt (i h suffer from depression) and everything about my life and i felt people were watching me so i stayed hidden in my room for 2 weeks. Also i thought i was being given special information saying that i should kill myself and ways in which i should do it but it could have simply been instructions on how to fix a bike. I used to think i was in a movie and my life was a movie. i also used to smell things that were not there constantly. There was a time i could smell someone and could feel their presence around me yet i had never met this person. i hate people and can not trust them. These things that happen come and go by themselves. Could this be schizoprenia?
