What Are The Symptoms Of Ringworm Infection?

Is ringworm supposed to seep?? I have this spot on my arm and it won t go away! It was all flakey so I gently took the flaking skin off and now it looks worse than before. I ve been putting cream on it twice a day with a bandaid and it started seeping!

I have gone through your query. For ring worm infection there will be round ring lesions with redness and flaking. It will be very itchy. Using anti fungal ointments like miconazole or terbinafine for local application will be helpful for this. If you use topical steroids alone then the condition can worsen.
