I don t know if I m pregnant or not. My boyfriend and I split for about 3 1/2 weeks and are recently back together. I m on a birth control pill, but other than that we don t use any other protection. I just had the weirdest craving of chili cheese Fritos with spaghetti O s and Frito cheese dip..... plus this morning I was very nauseous, which eventually subsided but then I had sharp pain in my lower abdomen and then it seemed to be gone after I had to run to the bathroom because of slight diarrhea. Now I have a fullness/ bloating feeling that won t go away and sometimes an irritating discomfort around where my ovaries would seem to be. What is going on???
