hi doctor, a week ago i had unsecured sex, after 2 days i notice some white bumps on my pennis, and i felt burning while urining, i know its STD so i got cifixime and i took 6 pills, now i don't have problems with the STD anymore, but i still have those white bumps on the rims of penis between the rubber when i pull the rubber i can see them not too much around 4 or 5 and there's like white stuff inside, and its been now 2 days i'm having pain in my balls, but i was working and lifting some heavy stuff i dunno if this is the reason but my concern is thouse bumps are they HPV i'm scared to death and i can't go to normal doctor in the country i leave cuz many questions will be asked. so pls help thanx in adnvace

The way you have described your lesion, it seems more like moniliaisis/ candidiasis. So i will advise you to apply Clotrimazole ointment on those whitish patches. And prophylactically you can take Tab. Fluconazole ( one single dose 150 mg is enough to treat penile thrush ). Moreover also remember for STDs it is better to take Tab. Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for at least 10 days, and in case you're taking Cefixime, you should continue the medicine for at least 7 days. I don't know why you stopped taking the pill after 6 tablets. That is not going to completely cure your lesion.
