What Are The Symptoms Of Epilepsy?

A few days ago, without warning, I became very light-headed, to the point where I had to sit down. I must have blacked out, because the next thing I know I was lying on the floor and had badly bitten my tongue (the tip has been numb for several days now). I have no history of seizures/epilepsy, am not diabetic and have never fallen unconscious before. Could this be hypertension/high blood pressure?

HI
Well come to HCM
The history is suggestive of epileptic seizure this could be late onset of epilepsy and this need to be ruled out, if you would be put on investigation certain condition would be differentiated along with this, like, EKG, ECHO, Blood test, Stress test, CT brain EEG these would clear the underlying cause, take care and have a nice day.
