I would say that yes you may have
appendicitis. In this case you need an emergency evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and to Do the treatment that consist of
appendectomy ( surgery).
The typical symtoms of appendicitis are : The pain usually start as periumbilical pain and goes down in the right side,, geting worse and the movements worsen the pain, nause, vomiting , anorexia these all happen in 48 h and sometimes diarrhea, temperature later stages.
I would sugest to go to the ER to do some examination :
blood test,
ultrasound .To rule out Appendicitis.
These symptoms may be also from other causes: gastroenteritis; inflamatory bowel dissease ,
urinary tract infection ..After rule out the Appendicitis you can do further examination to confirm the right diagnosis .
