What Are The Symptoms Of An Internal Head Injury?

Should I be very worried if I hit my head hard enough that I was stunned and had to sit down on the floor almost immediately? I m not exactly dizzy ,but areas of my head other than where it got hit, but on the same left side, feel affected. Also, a little bit ago I smelled blood in my left nostril, and earlier it was running.

* As per my clinical experience, the symptoms of internal head injury vary depending upon the site and extent of injury

- Loss of consciousness, vertigo.
- Vomiting
- Convulsions
- Irritability
- Ear, nose , throat bleeding
- Persistently altered vital parameters as pulse, blood pressure, central venous pressure
