What Are The Symptoms Of A Silent Heart Attack?

What are the symptoms of a silent heart attack? My husband says he feels funny . He s very cold. He is diabetic and his sugar was 197 around noon today, but down to 113 this afternoon. He says he feels very fatigued. His blood pressure was up a little. Of course, he is asleep now.
