What Are The Symptoms Of A Potential Heart Attack?

If someone were to experience a mini heart attack would the hospital just send them home that day without doing anything. Also was wondering if a person was to wear a holster heart monitor for a few days would the dr be able to detect bleeding around the heart from the results n if they could would the dr wait till next morning to see patient or tell then to get to hospital ASAP. I m wondering all this cause I m worried about my sister who is apparently going through all this
