What Are The Symptoms Of A Miscarriage?

I am 5 weeks pregnant, I ve been diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage yesterday, but today I started to bleed heavily for around 4 hours and passing what I thought was clots, I passed a lump of what I think looks like a peace of fat, am I miscarrying ?
