Are A Sore Head Injury, Neck Soreness And Mild Occasional Headache After Falling Down The Stairs Serious Concerns?

Last Tuesday I fell down the stairs and banged my head. Everything seems fine, but is there something I should be concerned about? It s still sore to the touch and I have a mild occasional headache in the area. My neck is also sore; I could have experienced some whiplash
