What Are The Symptoms Of OCD?

I have a roomate that must have everything in order in the dining room and kitchen, if there are papers or anything on the dining table she must remove it, she has to have nothing out of place out of the ordinary, things cannot be left on the kitchen counter, sink etc. is this a form of OCD?
