What Are The Symptoms Of Juvenile Arthritis?

I constantly have pain in my hands and joints. It feels as if I sleep on my arms during the night and they re spending all day waking up. When I open and close my hands, all my joints crack. My grip is weak and I have to constantly adjust my hands, wrists, shoulders, arms, and neck in order to loosen them up. I feel tired most of the time and find the sensations in my hands to be very distracting. I m only 18, but I think I might have juvenile arthritis. I like to get a second opinion, so what do you think?

Hi

We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, possible of inflammatory arthritis including juvenile arthritis or any other variant of rheumatoid arthritis should be ruled out.

Baseline autoimmune work up and inflammatory markers as well as RA factor and ANA levels should be done.Uric acid levels should also be monitored. Rheumatologist review is recommended.Meanwhile OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
