What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?

Hello, doctor i am 23 year old guy who had homosexual affair with a gay male. After 2 months i got testes for STDs in a government hospital. The test result come out negative for RVT test and nonreactive for STS test. Even though i am happy for that. My problem is i lost and gained weight in this 2 months but the skin in my forearms and legs have become wrinkles and i seem to loose muscle{not weight}. And there are some {4 or 5} red spots in my forearms which are slightly bulged which i read is an symptom of hiv in net. I am really worried about this, please help me. THANK YOU

In its early stages, HIV may not cause any symptoms at all. Muscle or weight loss and certain types of spots can be related to HIV. It might be something else as well. The HIV test may not turn positive until awhile after you get infected, so it's important to get another HIV test soon. It would be best to see a doctor so he or she can look at the spots and also figure out what is causing your other problems.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions I will be happy to answer them.
