What Are The Symptoms Of HIV Infection?

I am not feeling 100 % like myself. So I have a tendency to search my symptoms. My symptoms seem to relate to HIV. I had a test done Oct 2016 & also blood work done which included HIV, STD s, plus full work up for anything else March 2017. What do I do?
