Hello ! I read the question and understand your concern. A small stroke , like a lacunar stroke can be associated with dizziness, numbness on the limbs, weakness of the limbs, difficulty speaking, difficulty with gate balance, vertigo, deviation of mouth angle by a central facial nerve palsy, blurring vision, double vision etc. In my opinion the symptoms you have had may be related to exhaustion from a long and hard day work. I would like to know if you measured your blood pressure. It is elevated during stroke. Headache is not typical of stroke , only in rare cases and big cerebellar strokes. So I think you should not worry about a stroke. I would also recommend to consult with an ophthalmologist as problems with lowered vision can lead to difficulty in concentration and headaches. You may need to change your glass number or have a pair of glasses if you don't have any. Hope to have been helpful! Thank you for using HCM! Best wishes Dr.Abaz
