Hello ! I read the question and understand your concern. A small stroke , like a lacunar stroke can be associated with dizziness, numbness on the limbs, weakness of the limbs, difficulty speaking, difficulty with gate balance, vertigo, deviation of mouth angle by a central facial nerve palsy, blurring vision, double vision etc. In my opinion the symptoms you have had may be related to exhaustion from a long and hard day work. I would like to know if you measured your blood pressure. It is elevated during stroke. Headache is not typical of stroke , only in rare cases and big cerebellar strokes. So I think you should not worry about a stroke. I would also recommend to consult with an ophthalmologist as problems with lowered vision can lead to difficulty in concentration and headaches.
